  • High-dimensional statistics and machine learning for medical image analysis.
    Application to diffusion-weighted MRI data analysis.
    In collaboration with Stéphane Kremer (ICube and Hôpitaux Universitaires de Strasbourg), and Félix Renard (AGIM lab, Grenoble).
  • Inverse problems and machine learning for computational microscopy.
    Application to polarimetric imaging and biological tissue analysis.
    In collaboration with Jihad Zallat (TRIO team, ICube).
